Custom Meat Cutting

Can't find the cut of meat you're looking for? Do you want your steak cut thicker? Do you want a large Pork Shoulder Roast, stuffed to feed 12 people? We can help with that!

Our team is dedicated to making sure you find what you came looking for. If we can't supply immediately we'll try and order it in, if we can't get it, do we have something we can offer that will work just as well. Our aim is to try our best to get you sorted with what you need to make a delicious meal.

We buy in all our pigs and lambs and every now and again our sides of beef, this means we are able to cut meat to order, this means we are able to cut larger than usual pieces. If you are looking for a larger Boston Butt than we have sitting out in the shop, then we can cut a bigger one from the caracasses we have in the chiller. Our instore butchers are happy to custom cut meat to what you need for your dinner, party, event, BBQ or function, sometimes this means lots of smaller pieces of steak to make your meat go further so you are ale to feed many hungry tummies.

You can either give us a call in advance on 06 7534551 and speak to one of our friendly team and we will have it ready and waiting for you or come on in and see us and have a chat about what your're after. If we can, we'll cut while you wait and if you're buying online, we can arrange the cutting and then put the item online for you as a private order.
