The Kiwi Butcher Shop's range of Gourmet Pies

Pies are a Kiwi staple. Some consider them to be a whole food - Readily eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For some they are just a snack between meals! Whatever the case maybe, we know Kiwi's are crazy about meat pies.

The flaky pastry, that first bite as the steam rushes out to burn you and the meat starts dribbling out. You can almost smell it just thinking about them!

There are flavours that have been around our whole lifetime, Mince, Mince & Cheese, Steak, Steak & Cheese, Steak Onion, Bacon & Egg and they're good - REALLY GOOD. And they're everywhere, at the bakery, the gas station, your local dairy. So we thought to ourselves, we're good at meat... We bet we can do a little better with some of those flavours....

 We got to work using our meat and seasonings we love to bring you our own range of Gourmet Pies by The kiwi Butcher Shop.

We started out with Guinness Peppersteak and everything is always better with cheese so we have a Guinness Peppersteak & Cheese Pie. We did the same with the Smoked Brisket & Cheese Pie - And then added a Smoked Brisket, Jalapeno and Cheese Pie.

We went completely out the gate with our Minted Lamb & Kumara Pie and then followed up with a traditional flavour - Bacon & Egg pie, but not so traditional if you know what we mean.

We have them hot and ready to eat instore or you can order one online out of the freezer to pop in the oven at your own convenience. And as referenced here in the pic, they're great for work shouts too!
