New Zealand Lamb Ribs for Low & Slow or Hot & Fast cooks on the BBQ or in the oven.

We recommend using your favourite lamb rub while cooking and once they are cooked,  throw them in a bowl with The Rib  Glaze or Meat Juice and swish them around before serving for ooey gooey deliciousness!
