Spit Roast

Got a family get-together or special occasion like a wedding or a birthday coming up? Do you just need to feed a crowd? A spit roast lamb or pig or any rolled meat is a super easy and generally an economical way to feeding lots of people, not to mention it's outrageously delicious!

Pop some bread rolls, potatoes or corn and some side salads on the table and you have a delicious meal that can feed multiple people without making a mess of your oven and without quickly and easily all in one go.
