Judy's Crumbed Pork Scotch

Delicious tenderised pork scotch coated in a Lemon and Herb flour and finished off with a Sage and Onion crumb.

This recipe has been adapted from one given to us from a lovelt family friend and has become a popular winter item on  our shelves. 

Bake in the oven, or shallow fry in a pan for a delicious crumbed alternative.
